NO PROBLEM.
Trenchless Cured-in-Place-Pipe rehabilitation,
quick and easy.

WHAT IS CIPP
Cured-in-Place-Pipe Rehabilitation is the latest in cutting edge technology for restoring water, storm, sewer, or utility pipes in any existing infrastructure. Liner tubes with liquid resin or sprayed polymer mixes are applied to existing pipes through special machinery, and cure in place creating a brand new pipe. We use these methods for a wide array of pipes without the costly need to dig, excavate, or destroy the surrounding area.
HOW IT WORKS
CIPP (Cured-in-Place Pipe) lining is a no-dig solution for fixing damaged pipelines. It works by inserting a resin-saturated liner into the existing pipe, essentially creating a new pipe inside the old one without the need for excavation.
The process begins with soaking the liner in a special epoxy resin, then using air pressure to invert it into place, pressing it firmly against the pipe’s interior. A secondary tube is added to help mold the liner, and heat or steam is used to cure the resin, solidifying it into a strong, smooth new lining.
Advanced software monitors the temperature during the curing process. After the liner hardens, a robotic tool can be used to cut open any side connections that were sealed off, ensuring the pipe system is fully restored and functional.
